Q: Can I visit your shop?

A: We are strictly mail order only and therefore we do not have any facilities for customers to view or collect any items.

Q: Are your images accurat?

A: Most images are taken and edited by ourselves to ensure a close match to the actual rug is acheived. Unfortunately however not all monitors and srceens are the same and colours may vary in apperance.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery is free for any purchase within the standard delivery zone in the UK. Additional charges apply for areas in the extended area.

Q: What areas are included in the extended area?

A: The extended area includes all the following postcodes AB37-AB38, AB44-AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, LA15-LA23, HS1-HS9, IM, IV7-IV12, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32,IV36 IV40-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20, PA21-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA88,PH17-PH26,PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50,TR21-TR25, ZE and BT.

Q: Can you deliver on a Saturday?

A: Unfortunately due to high costs we cannot offer Saturday delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?

A: Unfortunately we cannot ship to international locations at the moment.

Q: Do you ship the the Channel Islands?

A: Unfortunately we can no longer ship to the Channel Islands due to heavy surcharges.
