Delivery
Delivery to all mainland UK addresses is charged at £12 per order. This charge does NOT include Ireland, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands. A Saturday service is also available to mainland UK addresses only (select correct option at checkout) Other delivery services to locations such as Ireland, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands, and worldwide services, are available upon request.
All UK mainland products will normally be delivered within 7 - 10 working days however on the rare occasion a rug is out of stock there may be a delay. Please be sure to leave a telephone number for us to contact you incase of any problems with the delivery of your rug.
When paying for your rug(s) on our secure payment page please double check that the details are correct otherwise your order may be cancelled and payment will be returned.
Returns
All goods will be inspected before posting to insure minimal faults.
Once your goods have been delivered we must be to contacted either by email or by phone within 3 working days if you wish to return your rug. The goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery should they be unsatisfactory. All unwanted goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. It is highly advised that you obtain proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost returning the goods.
Once we have received the goods and are happy they have been returned in the same condition that they were dispatched in, we will issue you with a refund on the purchase price less the cost of postage. Any unauthorized or late returns will be charged a 25% administration and restocking fee. Any goods which are used, dirty or damaged due to poor wrapping for return, will not be refunded. Any items which are returned to us as unsigned for due to being refused upon delivery will be charged full costs of the return postage. The remaining balance will be refunded.
If the goods are faulty you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving them. We will collect the goods and if, following our inspection, the goods are deemed faulty we will issue you with a full refund.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock - we can not accept any responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our rug images. You can still return your goods for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.
